TITLE: Integrated Disability Prevention (IDP), A Practical Approach for the Occupational Medicine Practice

Target Audience: occupational health professionals, primary care physicians and practitioners, health promotion professionals, health policy specialists.
Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1. Understand the benefits of integrated disability prevention (IDP) approaches within a clinical practice. 2. Understand the components of and IDP program and how to apply them within an established practice. 3. Reasonably apply research/evidence in the field to the clinical setting.
Accreditation: The University of Connecticut School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of Connecticut School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of _1_ AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
