Dr. Corona is an Associate Professor of Psychology and the Director of Clinical Training at Virginia Commonwealth University. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Corona is a bilingual, bicultural scholar and clinician. In general, Dr. Corona conducts qualitative and quantitative community-based research to identify risk and protective factors for Latin and African American adolescents’ health.
