Confratute, now in its 41st year, will be held July 8-13, 2018 at the UConn Storrs campus. Confratute has earned the reputation as an outstanding summer institute on enrichment learning and teaching at UConn and it is sponsored by the Renzulli Center for Creativity, Gifted Education, and Talent Development. A unique part of the Confratute concept is that our program is more than a summer course; it is a careful blend of a Conference and an Institute with a good deal of Fraternity in between. Confratute features strands, keynote presentations, special topic sessions, and cultural social events as well as evening enrichment activities. Confratute is attended by teachers of all grade levels, administrators, coordinators, and specialists of gifted education, school psychologists and counselors, staff development specialists, curriculum specialists, and parents of gifted learners. Confratute offers two fully accredited graduate courses that may be taken on an optional basis for three graduate credits. Contact hours are also available for a full week of attendance. For more information, please visit the Confratute website at http://www.confratute.uconn.edu.
