Delicious, free food prepared by UConn Dining Services that was destined to be discarded due to manufacturing or packaging errors. Lunch will include free ice cream, tours of Spring Valley Farm; and related activities. Come and enjoy an awesome menu: Fruit Infused Water, Steak and Ale Pie with an Herb Shredded Potato Crust, Ground Meat Tamale Pie with Cornbread Crust, Vegetable Pot Pie with a Flaky Pastry Crust, Fruited Bread Pudding, UConn Dairy Bar Ice Cream Cone with Cup.
