You, Too, Can Interpret the Constitution

Have you ever read the Constitution? It is certainly shorter than any Harry Potter or Twilight installment. Is it as captivating and readily understandable? This is what I will try to convince you of on Constitution day, an observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution more than two centuries ago.
