The UConn Language Fest is a University-wide research conference, now in its fifth year, which showcases the many facets of research on language in the UConn community. Last year's Fest drew participation across many departments and programs, including Psychology, Education, Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, Linguistics, Literatures, Cultures and Languages, and Haskins Laboratories. This year's Fest features talks from two speakers known for their research on language: Sheila Blumstein, (Brown University) and Dorit Bar-On (University of Connecticut). In addition to these talks, three poster sessions will showcase language-related research from the UConn community.
