Master of Public Administration & Fast-Track to the MPA

UConn’s Department of Public Policy’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) program is still accepting applications for Fall 2015. As you think about your future path, consider UConn’s MPA program.

If you are a UConn sophomore, junior, senior of someone "in between", this session is for you!

The MPA degree prepares students for leadership roles in government and nonprofit organizations. U.S. News and World Report ranks the UConn MPA program 7th in the nation for public finance and budgeting and in the top 50 programs overall.

Are you interested in pursuing a career evaluating programs and policies, managing public or nonprofit organizations, or developing the skills to improve policy or management outcomes?

We invite you to attend the MPA and Fast-Track to the MPA information session to learn more about the: - MPA curriculum - Dozens and dozens of internships - Taking courses while you are still pursuing your bachelors' - Application process and - Funding opportunities

The information session will also cover the “Fast-Track” to the MPA Program which allows motivated UConn students to begin taking graduate courses while completing their undergraduate degree.

“Fast-Track” students can take just a few courses, or complete up to half the MPA program—allowing completion of the degree in one year of additional study.
