Your academic preparation and research experience will provide you with "hard skills" that will be sought. Most of you know you are expected to exhibit "soft skills" like confidence, communication ability and collaboration. What will help you is having and exhibiting "WISE Skills" that set you apart. Knowing these and how to use them are meaningful to grow your career.
