Public lecture by Isla Castañeda from UMass Amherst

Dr. Castañeda is an assistant professor of geosciences at the University of Massachusetts, where she conducts research utilizing molecular and isotopic proxies to examine past environments. She will be giving a talk entitled "Vegetation and climate change in southern East Africa during the past 800,000 years: insights from organic geochemical proxies."
