Stress and Perfectionism Strategies

Attending this event counts towards Sophomore Honors.

Honors students tend to have a high stress levels, perfectionist tendencies, and a lot on their plate. This workshop will help students manage stress levels, perfectionism, and help them manage their demanding schedules. Representatives from two campus resources will come and address academic strategies and stress management tips to help Honors students cope with their perfectionist tendencies and high stress levels.
