TITLE Management of return to work after a concussion/mild traumatic brain injury

Target Audience: occupational health professionals, primary care physicians and practitioners, health promotion professionals, health policy specialists.

Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1. The participants will be able to identify a cohort of brain injury workers that will benefit from an early consultation/referral to a brain injury specialist to facilitate timely return to work.

2. The participants will be able to formulate appropriate restrictions and work modifications for a successful work reintegration after a mild traumatic brain injury.

3. The participants will be able to identify common barriers to return to work and available avenues to address them.

Accreditation: The University of Connecticut School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
