Life in college means taking risk after risks. Some of these risks include speaking in front of a group, running for leadership positions, expressing unpopular opinions, reaching out for help, setting boundaries, and going after their dreams. We LOVE it when risks go as planned. We HATE it when they don’t. Some students shut down, avoid taking risks, and stop dreaming altogether when faced with rejection or failure. New York Times bestselling author, Harlan Cohen, helps students get comfortable with the uncomfortable. He gives them tools to take risks, navigate change, reduce stress, and ease anxiety. He teaches students how to think big, go after their dreams, and win NO matter what happens next. Harlan uses research, real life stories from students, and anecdotes from his own life to normalize adversity. This interactive and engaging event includes live texting, audience participation, and lots of humor.
