In Full Color is an annual theatrical event celebrating women of color. Founded in 2015 by playwright and director Summer Dawn Hortillosa, the program has included monologues and poetry by writers from across the country. The show sparks conversations about diversity, prejudice, cultural exchange and other increasingly important topics, including everything from the double-edged sword of Indian domesticity and the perseverance of Latina sexuality to exactly what matters about Black lives.
