Please join the History Department for "American Revolutionaries in Britain: Radicalism in Britain's '1968,'" a talk delivered by Dr. David M. Fowler of Cambridge University.

Dr. Fowler teaches Modern British Social and Economic History at Cambridge and lectures on the history and sociology of youth cultures, student movements, cultural history and biography and Universities and the 1960s. He's published a new history of Youth Culture in Britain, 1920-1970 (2008) with Macmillan, and is writing a biography of the pioneering cultural commentator Rolf Gardiner. He has also begun a new research project on Student Politics and Activism in Twentieth Century Britain.
