As part of Suicide Prevention Week, Forest Bathing is the practice of retreating into the forest to meditate and unwind, allowing one to immerse themselves into the natural setting of the forest. This practice, originating in Japan, is recognized as an effective means to relax and manage stress levels. All are welcome to join!
Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018, 3-5 pm UConn Forest, Red Trail Meet up at the Parking Lot along Horsebarn Hill Road, near the Yellow Trailhead.
** Please wear long sleeved clothes, tennis shoes/walking boots and bring drinking water. Bug spray will be provided as supplies last.
