Asia Maritime Panel

Ambassador (ret.) Kathleen Stephens will lead a panel of experts in a timely discussion surrounding the seas of Northeast and Southeast Asia. Topics range from strategic and international law issues involving American and Chinese competition over the western Pacific to humanitarian and environmental problems such as human trafficking and the depletion of fisheries. Our distinguished panel features speakers with specializations in security, history, law, and geography.

Speakers include Professor Lee Sung-Yoon (Tufts), Professor Geoffrey Gresh (National Defense University), Dr. James Kraska (Naval War College), and Dr. Kevin Evringham (Department of Defense).
