Hannah Alpert-Adams (PhD, Spanish, University of Texas Austin; currently postdoctoral fellow, Brown University) who has been project manager on the digital archive of the National Police of Guatemala, and worked extensively on digital archiving and the history of the book:


Alex Galarza (PhD, History, Michigan State; currently postdoc, Haverford College) has been leading an international project digitizing and archiving the collections of major Guatemalan human rights NGOs:

During the roundtable, Drs. Alpert-Adams and Galarza will discuss the new skills, approaches and challenges they’ve found in team-based, international, collaborative, digital humanities work.
