Convening top global experts on diabetes genomics and pathogenesis, the Type 2 Diabetes & Metabolism Symposium will take place on November 14 and 15, 2019 at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine in Farmington, Conn. This special symposium will be hosted by JAX scientists Dr. Jacques Banchereau and Dr. Michael Stitzel. Topics span the arc of diabetes disease development, from deciphering genetics and functional genomics to investigating the role of endocrinology, immunology and organ pathophysiology.
