Scientific Communication: Preparing a Talk, a Proposal, or a Paper

An important part of the work of a scientist is to communicate clearly the results of their work, in a way that can be understood by the appropriate audience: scientific, political or general. In this talk I discuss some tips for preparing a paper, a seminar or a proposal, and encourage you to think carefully about this aspect of your work. The good news is that with a little dedicated effort it is a sure way to stand out from the pack and have your work recognized.
