Participants will 1. Analyze the research supporting novel ACL rupture treatment options that that preserves the patient's native tendinous attachment, bone stock, and tendon orientation. 2. Gain insight into the new technique and new technology for treatment of metastatic disease to the acetabulum. 3. Discuss the indications for laminoplasty and why it is a viable alternative to laminectomy and fusion. 4. Demonstrate awareness of the additional criteria that should be used to determine whether for I&D as opposed to full explant and spacer placement for the treatment of periprosthetic joint infection. Neither Dr. Laura Geaney, a planning committee member, nor the speakers, Dr. Adam Lindsay and Dr. Scott Mallozzi, have a financial interest/arrangement or affiliation with any organizations that could be perceived as a real or apparent conflict of interest in the context of the subject of this presentation. Dr. Augustus Mazzocca has a financial interest/arrangement with Arthrex that could be perceived as a real or apparent conflict of interest in the context of his role as Activity Director, Planner and Speaker. The following safeguard(s) have been put in place to avoid the insertion of commercial bias into the content: Dr. Moss, Department Chair restricted this Planner’s involvement to areas outside the area of conflict and will restrict the speaker’s presentation to areas outside the area of conflict.
