High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a cardio-based class that alternates between intervals of intense activity and recovery periods. Workouts incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic moves that are sure to have you working outside your comfort zone. Classes are 45 or 60 minutes in length and are suited for all fitness levels.
