Target Audience: UConn Health faculty, residents, medical students, and other mental health professionals

Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1. Identifying the underlying causes of healthcare provider impairment, types and prevalence of impairment, and barriers to self-care 2. Understand Connecticut law on mandated reporting of impaired healthcare professionals 3. Have increased knowledge and awareness of HAVEN, CT’s professional assistance program
