Want to learn techniques that will benefit you a lifetime?

Join us for free workshops this spring semester to learn about mind-body wellness from experts! What's offered?

Wing Tsun Kung Fu (what Bruce Lee does) to strengthen your body Tai Chi to get in touch with the energy in your body Dance movement techniques to release tension and stress Mindfulness meditation to keep a calm mind and sharpen attention skills, and cope with acculturative and race-based stress 15 studetns will be selected to meet every other week for 1.5 hours on campus to learn, have fun, and connect with friends! Participants who complete 5 sessions will receive a $10 gift card, and those who complete the entire workshop series will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card!
